Karla Mitchell I actually wanted to order the body waah. I recently moved and once I ordered, noticed it was going to my old address. I called, hoping I could get the issues solved, phone was answered on the second ring by a person who helped me, didn’t transfer me!! She corrected my mailing address and changed my order from lotion to body wash and informed I was due a refund!! She said I’ll take this straight to shipping and tell them! I received my refund and body wash within a week!! Awesome customer service and we love the body wash!!!
